Design and Development Process
--Let us transform your ideas and concepts into successful, tangible products through strategic development and technical engineering..--
Step 1: Investigating and Conceptualizing
Research and Planning
To conceptualize and design your product, we strategically plan each step and conduct thorough research to ensure the effective implementation of each development stage. During this phase, we will investigate the market, analyze your competitors, and understand your target audience. This enables us to create a strategic proposition and mitigate development risks on your end.
Designing and Conceptualizing
Once we have established strategic propositions, we begin conceptualizing various options for product designs, materials, and other possibilities. The concepts and designs developed at this early stage help communicate the project's vision to the target audience. We then assess costs and address potential design challenges early in the development process.

Step 2: Design Draft and 3D Drawing
At EAST INDUSTRIAL, our skilled engineers collaborate closely with customers during the initial stages of customized product design. Through comprehensive communication, we develop 3D files based on mutually agreed-upon final designs. We then provide 2D or 3D CAD modeling to customers for review, ensuring that any necessary revisions are identified. From these detailed drawings, customers can evaluate:
Product structure
Product dimensions
Renderings to visualize the look and feel of the final products
Step 3: Design For Manufacture (DFM) and Design Adjustments
It is essential for our engineering team to review a finished 3D part design before providing a quotation. The 3D drawing can be submitted in formats such as STEP/STP, IGES/IGS, PRT, X_T, and SLDPRT.
For customers with existing 3D product designs, an important consideration is DFM (Design for Manufacturing). Our professional engineering team will conduct a comprehensive, engineering-oriented analysis of your product, delving into the details to suggest design modifications. These changes aim to optimize the product design, improve the molding process, and ensure superior quality.

Step 4: Design Confirmation and Cost Analysis Cost is a critical factor when designing a completely new product.
During the new product design phase, our engineers will collaborate with your team to discuss the target price and projected annual product volume. Pricing can vary based on the complexity, structure, and material quality requirements of the product.
Our engineers will provide professional recommendations, encompassing material selection, structural analysis, mold cavity configuration, surface finish, and branding options, all tailored to align with your budget.
